On February 19th on the road, the Spartans beat the Boilermakers, 76-62.

The Spartans played a decent game, winning by a larger margin than expected. This caps a regular season sweep, including a 83-58 win earlier this year.

Michigan State defeated Purdue while showing domination in shooting and defensive rebounding.


The Spartans, shooting 50%, stifled the Boilermakers with their defense, and limited them to 33%. Michigan State made a huge difference on the glass, 33 defensive rebounds to 19.

Draymond Green put up the most points for the Spartans with 20 points in 32 minutes, shooting 46% from the floor. Green also helped the cause by topping everyone with seven assists.
