The StatSheet Fan Satisfaction Trend is a measure of how fans feel about a team at a particular point during the season. Is the team meeting expectations? Are they playing well? After each game we update the satisfaction score which builds on the results of previous games. We've built a complex algorithm that uses a variety of factors to compute the satisfaction score.
